At the time of completion in 2012, this stunning building was the largest commercial office development undertaken in the city for 35 years and was considered a trophy building for Tauranga city.

Designed by Wingate + Farquhar this high quality commercial office space is home to eight large businesses and an award-winning café on Tauranga’s main street.
IBEX was engaged early in the project to first design basebuild lighting, and were then engaged to provide design and supply lighting to all tenancies.
Emergency lighting, car-park and exterior lighting were all supplied as part of the total lighting package to the project.
