An urban community connected to the transformation of Auckland's fastest evolving suburb.
Kōtuitui Terraces is a master planned community closely connected to the transformation of Auckland's fastest evolving suburb, Manukau. Designed by award-winning Crosson Architects, Kōtuitui is home to 61 two and three-bedroom homes with a private landscaped garden. These extend to the streetscape and a pocket park - a place for children to play and families to picnic. Careful consideration was given to the roading to create a quiet, safe and peaceful community for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Ibex was engaged in providing a lighting design and the supply of over 45 luminaires and columns on this award-winning project.
